then how do i install or change it to the cursor that i want that i download.... HOW TO INSTALL THE CURSOR>>..

When you download a cursor, extract it to cursorxp theme folder.

Start11 - Customize the Start Menu and Taskbar in Windows 10/11.

In the CursorXP library, near the top of every page, there are links to info, and the CursorXP site, https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorxp/ where you can download the program. Once you have the program installed, all you have to do is doubleclick the CurXPTheme, and it will be loaded.
