How to load WindowBlinds on startup?

Hi, I'm a n00b so take it easy. I currently got WindowBlinds and found a nice skin but whenever I log off and log on, It goes to classic windows skin and not to the windowblind skin I chose. Also, WindowBlinds does NOT load on startup. Is there anyway I can fix it?

(BTW: I'm using XP)

Shareware version? If so, I don't think that loads on startup.

Place a shortcut in the startup folder that will work on boot-up, not sure if it works when Logging off and on though
