Fences 3.0.3 no working

Hi,

I have read a lot of posts and in every subject I find a problem that occurs with me. After some time (minutes) Fences disappear but the icons are still visible. If you do refresh desktop Fences disappears immediately. I can not rename or create new Fences. I tried to reinstall but it did not help.
I use Windows 10 with all the upgrades and the latest Fences. Trying to solve the problem for almost 20 days and I still have six days to decide if I buy this software.
