I'd expect the only LEGAL site to access those OS programs is, in fact, Microsoft.com. ---> http://www.microsoft.com
Any alternate location would be a 'warez' issue and requests for same would be definitely not supported here.

I do not believe you can purchase any of those for downlaod.
I believe your only option is to purchase the CD versions.
