when i put a skin on my desktop the scrollbar doesn't get skinned. IT MAKES MY PROGRAMS LOOK UGLY!

Are you using the shareware version of WindowBlinds or the enhanced version? It helps to be specific about your problem if you want people to help you. If you're talking about WindowBlinds I don't believe the shareware version skins everything. But you really have to provide more info about what application you're using, what skin, what OS, etc.

If you're running XP and WB4 there are many skins out there that do not use all the WB4 features.
They are fine as a 'per app' skin but you need one of the newer WB4 versions for a 'Desktop' theme.
And RTFM anyway.
