Unable to view detail inside my fence

I am running Windows 10 Pro x64. I have tried to reinstalled the software as well with same result. Ive opened a ticket and this was the response I get.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

That option is only available for Folder Portals.

For normal fences (holding desktop icons) no details are available. That option is only available for folder portals.

I guess you could make a folder portal to the desktop and view the details.
