Help!!! EMERGENCY!!

Help me! I'm sick! I'm on my dad's laptop...

My computer... gone! I mean, when I was creating a new logon screens, and somehow I clicked on "Aaa" something like that, I think to me, it's like a Preview of the screen. And... there's no.. Account name or anything like that. I mean there is no name for me to click on to enter!! WHat am I gonna do!? Please! I need the answer imediately!!

Try ctrl alt delete taskmanager during start up just before logon appears.

Wow... I gotta love Ctrl-Alt-Del... I tried it once and.. nothing showed up.. then I tried it again couple of times.. and I'm in!
