Fences 3.0.3 How to invert open direction?

I'm trying to attach a folder portal to the bottom corner of my monitor. I want the title bar to be at the very bottom, and for the list to open upwards. In the following gif, I first show that dragging the portal close to the edge doesn't flip the alignment; then, I drag it to the top of the screen and show how the alignment flips to the orientation I want it -- but when I unsnap the portal from the top edge, the alignment resets:

Is there any way for me to snap the portal header to the bottom and have it open upwards?

Fences should dock at the bottom of your monitor, either on the task bar or on the very edge (if the taskbar is elsewhere).

Remember though, that it's the bottom edge of the fence, not the titlebar that makes the connection.  

It might help if you increase the snap distance too.
