Fences 3.03 will not install on windows 10

I receive this error when attempting to install. I checked the compatibility application and fences is not listed as blocked.

Has anyone else run into this and resolved it?

We've not seen that elsewhere.

What version of Windows 10 are you running? Can you run "winver" from the start menu, take a screenshot, upload the image somewhere and link it here?

Maybe you should update your Windows to the latest version, which is 1607 (Build 14393.693).

Updated win 10. link to new winver image.

still same error, won't install

any other thoughts?

Turns out the download was corrupted and I needed to re-download.
