start10 not working

I recently purchased and activated start10 and after it updated it stoped working. The search bar is gone as I wanted it to be but the actual start menu is still showing the windows 10 menu. I checked the control settings and they're all set to Start10.

Uninstall Start10, reboot (important) and then reinstall it.

Has that fixed it?
