Don't knock it. Knowing WB's UIS format is the key to infinite power. And I think it helps you be a better skin designer, too. Besides, when SkinStudio doesn't have the latest skin attributes, you have to go down to the UIS anyway.

Notepad - it's the only way to skin.

Actually....'Texturizer'...the tabbed format is great for rc files in LiteSTEP as well...
