mouse over tool tips

as in, how do I add them? i am working on my second and the buttons are thin and therefore unable to have a graphic representaion of what they do. I would like to implement a tooltip message on mouse over. I am using the newest skinstudio, and skinning for WB4 if that helps.

You can't add tooltips to buttons in Windows with WB.
WB merely changes the look at the buttons, the tooltips are part of Wnidows itself.

If you take a look at the way DavidK handles this in the Alien Technology skin, you might get a good idea. Basically the mouse-over triggers a small graphic to appear with the word applicable to that button. Very cool.
