New icons go to Monitor 1 instead of Main monitor

Hi. I'm using Fences 3.03.

When I create a new icon in desktop (say save a .txt file), it goes to monitor with Identifier 1 instead of Main monitor configured in Windows.

Afaik is not easy, perhaps impossible to change display's identifiers in Windows. What can I do to get those new icons into my Main Screen instead of monitor with id=1?

I use to have that monitor switched off, and is annoying to switch it On only to drag a new icon to my main view.

I have 'all new Icons go to the general desktop' set up and no other checkmarks/rules configured in Sorting&Layout prefs page.

Perhaps I could create a fence in Main screen and tell Fences to put new icons into it, but I think my Main Screen should have preference against those "random" Windows' Identifiers.

I get the same thing, but it's only when I download a file or save a picture to the desktop it goes to the second monitor. I don't know if it's a Fences problem or a computer settings problem. As far as I can tell through all the settings I have everything set to go to Primary 1.
