Getting error - Object Desktop requires internet access to login at work

Just purchased object Desktop, and I am not able to use it, despite having Internet access at work, this program / protocol might be blocked. Is there anyway to get this to work or do I need to request for a refund?

You can open your firewall here: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Knowledgebase/Article/View/426/0/list-of-activation-servers-and-ports-for-when-activation-is-blocked-by-firewall

Otherwise, you can install each application individually and you will be prompted through off-line activation.
