Rotating Lock Screen Image (First Boot Up)

Hey Guys,

My question is, is it just me, or is there a way to make it so when you start up your computer for the first time each day the login screen image is rotated, preferably under windows spotlight? For me it seems unable to change (automatically) the first starting login screen image without me manually having to do it. Is there a way to get around this and make it so spotlight automatically changes the first login screen image every day? Thanks for help on this issue.
