problem with windowblinds 10

hi, i'm here to ask some help about my windowblinds's issue, my OS is W10 and when I installed the program and it open normally but doesn't worked, when I click to apply the skins always shows the message: "problem detected; windowblinds does not appear to be installed correctly on your machine, would you like to try to fix this issue now?" and apparantly the issue doesn't fix, but I install the program in other computer with w7 and it work correctly without any issue.

it will be something on my pc or what?

What antivirus product are you using?  Sometimes they interfere with the installation of WindowBlinds.

I would also recommend uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling just to rule out any problems with the installation procedure itself (outside of interference from Antivirus products)

I'm using eset smart security 8, Eset has always been in conflicts with dlls of some games and programs that I used.

I'll try to do what you just said, if some problems come up, I will contact with you again.

I already uninstalled the antivirus and the program is working perfectly, but I don't know if I put the antivirus again and try to add in excluisions the issues won't come again, because in one game I played when I added in exclusions the antivirus always get problems with the game, so my friend did a lot of things I don't know how to explain and the game works normally.
