Stardock does not send me my registration number

Before Christmas I ordered the software Object Desktop 2016 and paid with PayPal on the same day. Since then, I have been waiting for this software bundle and the required registration number. Since the beginning of the week I have two tickets at Stardock Sales "[email protected]" run however I have received so far no answer.I feel the customer service at Stardock so bad! The fact that buyer requests are not reacting at all is the very last! I wonder if I should still wait for an answer or rather my money back immediately!

Hello,

As your ticket auto-reply should have stated, Stardock was closed for a portion of the holiday season.  That said, we did try to keep up with tickets but some delay should have been expected.

That said, the reason for your issue was that you had created multiple accounts.  There were merged and your ticket answered.
