How To start shortcut as administrator

I whant to ad a new short cut but it must start as administrator otherwise the program won't start

How can i do that

Create the shortcut.

Right click on the short cut and choose properties.

Click on the 'compatibility' tab.

At the bottom of this box, click on 'Change Settings for all users.'

At the bottom of the new box, click on "Run this program as an administrator."

That should do it.
