Install Problem

When I try and install the software on Windows 10 v1607, I get an error saying that Windows cannot find c:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe although when checking, it is actually there. Fences is still showing the previously configured fences but if I right click and try to "Configure Fences" this no longer functions...
