Stardock Central Installation problems..

Has anyone had a problem installing DesktopX via Stardock Central? I've been getting failures everytime but just for DesktopX... here's the tail log entry...

Downloading: C:\PROGRA~1\Stardock\temp\Base\DesktopX.ex_
Result: Skipped (already exists)
Downloading: C:\PROGRA~1\Stardock\temp\Base\DirectGUI.dl_
Result: Failed (attempt 1)
Downloading: C:\PROGRA~1\Stardock\temp\Base\DirectGUI.dl_
Result: Failed (attempt 2)
Downloading: C:\PROGRA~1\Stardock\temp\Base\DirectGUI.dl_
Result: Failed (incorrect file size)
Installation aborted (failed)

I can't seem to get past this.... and no one from Stardock has responded to my support request.

Delete all content from C:\Program Files\Stardock\temp' and try again.

tried that... actuall just deleted all of C:\Program Files\Stardock\ and reinstalled and now it seems to work.
