Why is the right click menu not configurable?

I liked the Windows8/10 right click though it should have been configruable so I hoped Start10 would cut it but it has even less options there ?

You can set Start10 to use the standard right click menu instead if you wish. This can be set via Start10 settings. Desktop page, click advanced button and enable Show Win+X menu when right clicking the start button at the bottom of the screen.
