Object Bar Start Meni shortcut?

How can i Add a Startbar shortcut to my object dock? ive seen icons for them but i dont know what do do with it as far as the path...any suggestions?

Right click on object dock and then select create shortcut and then move the shortcut to the start menu.

HMMMM sounds good but when i do it the shortcut ( a questionmark) "explodes" and dissapears am i doing something wrong? also is that how i would get a show desktopp button..just drag it on the shortcut? and when i drag it onto any other shortcut on the desktop it explodes

Wow thanks I was searching for the Show Desktop Command But i couldnt find it..Does anyone know how do do that? if posssible? also the show desktop in the taskbar hides objectbar too so i cant use that...oh well
