Pending Order

I placed an order last Sunday. My bank account was charged already. Yesterday, I received a e-mail (maybe an auto-mail?) which said that my order need to review and ask me to provide more information about the order by replying the email in 48 hrs. I replied but still no reply (there're less than 24 hrs from the time which I replied the mail, about ~17 hrs, but I think the forum is useful to ask so I post here for assistance from someone which met the same problem with me, or from the staff).

Hi there,

I re-checked the transaction log. There're an additional 2$ charge, which I think it was held to verify the card then refund later. But it's more than 2 weeks and its still holding. 

Could you please check it for me?. Normally the verification fee should return to my account for less than a week (Google & Amazon return almost instantly, and Paypal holds for 8 days)
