Certain Word Documents Won't Stay in Fence

Hi, I just upgraded to Fences 3.  I thought upgrading would solve my problem but it has not, I had this same problem in Fences 2 but lived with it, but now with the upgrade I feel i was douped.  Certain word documents won't stay in the fence I moved it to. After opening the document to read or modify it, then closing the document, it jumps out of the fence and places itself inside other fences or outside all of the fences in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Shouldn't a document icon stay within a fence that you put it in?  Is there a way to fix this?  I mean, even it you move it from one fence to another fence, shouldn't there be a way to make it stay there?
