Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro and CINEMA 4D R18 issues

Just bought the software (3.41 KVM Pro Build 00078) and all was working great (two Windows 10 Pro machines fully up to date) until I launched CINEMA 4D R18 (up to date) on the Primary machine. When CINEMA 4D R18 is open on the Primary machine, switching to the Secondary machine makes the mouse on the Secondary machine behave erratically. My findings are:
When CINEMA 4D R18 is CLOSED:
Both machines work perfectly fine in all scenarios (of what I've tested so far)
When CINEMA 4D R18 is OPEN:
The mouse MOVEMENT is perfectly fine on the Secondary machine, but CLICKING the mouse on the Secondary machine makes the mouse pointer snap all the way to the top of the Secondary screen no matter where the mouse is clicked on the Secondary screen
Other things I've noted:
- It doesn't matter if CINEMA 4D is ACTIVE or in the BACKGROUND on the Primary machine, the mouse clicking on the Secondary machine will always behave erratically, so it is a constant behavior as long as C4D remains open
- As soon as I quit CINEMA 4D on the Primary machine, the mouse clicking on the Secondary machine returns to working perfectly fine
Obviously this is a major setback for me as I will always have CINEMA 4D open on the Primary machine. If I can't find a solution to this matter, I'll have to seek a refund as Multiplicity will not work for my needs.
I didn't have this issue when I tested the latest version of Synergy, but the shared audio is what made me purchase Multiplicity.
