Problems Downloading WInstyles Suites from Customize.com

I am unable to download any winstyles suites from customize.com via the winstyles application. I am a subscriber of customize and owner of object desktop. It starts the process and just hangs "connecting to www.wincusomize.com". Then times-out. On top of that when I click cancel after the time-out, it crashes winstyles!

Anyone know what the problem is? By the way, I am on a dsl and run windowsxp pro.

Just a thought, are you usinf a firewall?

Only MS XP's built-in inbound one. But all other apps work just fine, why would this affect Winstyles? Including Stardock Central, CM, Wincustomize Browser, Explorer, etc...

Another proggie which interferes with the connection is Seti. Unload that first if you have it.
