Using Orion bonus icons and Object Dock theme

I'm trying to take advantage of all of mormegil's terrific art, but I must be doing something wrong, because Object Dock still uses it's default icon (for say, IE). Also I can't change icon for start shortcuts for Word, etc. (Win XP admin w/ Office XP) I don't see the the Object Dock background applied that I saw in the screen shot, so maybe I've got an OD issue? I'm probably making newbie mistakes, this is my first attempt at Win skinning. Any steer toward a step-by-step how-to would be really appreciated.

Also I was looking for some kind of Icon Packager file that would apply all those bonus icons at once, but evidently I need to manually attach them?

there is no OD Background in the Orion bonus pack. Do you mean LaST?

Thanks for trying to help me mormegil. Oops, yes, LaST. I downloaded from

I unzipped to a folder, and then opened the OD theme with OD, but the only change I saw then was in the built-in OD items. When I launched IE for example, The icon was standard OD icon (blue globe coin straight on) not LaST's cobalt globe coin angled view. In the screen shot I thought I saw the LaST icons working on the OD. Also no OD background for me.
