I purchased Fences and DeskScapes and I wish to use both at my work computer, but I don't have admin rights.
Is it possible to "install" it (or extract it) and use without those rights?
No. As files/programs that directly interact with the Computer's OS they require permissions only allowable via 'Admin rights'.
Office-system computers are typically protected against 3rd party 'modification'...;)
