how do i keep all my destop icons within a fence -my destop icons wont hide properly (win10)

i am trying to keep my icons within a fence but they won stay hidden within a fence -is it possible to keep al the icons hidden

that are outside a fences window -how it is now. its way to messy for me to be usefull

Are all the icons on the right sid in the Programs fences?
If you move that fence do all the icons move with it?

It appears that you have some other desktop application running. If you disable that do the fences work as expected?
