Is there one click icon run available at fences?

As in topic. I found a old post from 2010 and there are first time when someone ask for this feature.

now is 2016 and I still can't see it. Is this really hard to code or breaking OS function?

I know there is in Windows control panel possibility to change this but this affect a file explorer and this is not acceptable for me because I like and I need to have possibility to rename files via one click (in file explorer). (and I know F2 key do this too) I just need to run only desktop icons by one click that's all

I know There is other solution a DIT software - but it's another soft who need to be bought and sometimes doesnt work well together with fences.

Any hints?
