Stardock Central Message Header Update.

I noticed my message headers not updating so I checked the settings. Seems now the update has a minimum period of 10 mins instead of 2 mins. Why is this? It makes it impossible to follow what is going on

Just had a look at WC Browser and that is set to 2 mins, hmmm...
