Domain Login skins

I know that there isn't currently a tool that will skin this, but does anyone know if it's possible? Is is some sort of security risk or something? I'd REALLY like to see this done especially with all the great tweaks to WB4.

Incidentally, anybody know what kind of changes are being planned for DesktopX v2?(been using 1.30 for some time now and NO I don't want Object Desktop.)

I don't know about the technical possibilities...but I'd love to see that skinned too. All of my machines at home and work login to a domain.

And I don't quite understand the neccessarity in terms of security for that 'feature'... I mean, what's the difference clicking an user-pic and not knowing the password and hitting CTRL-ALT-DEL and not knowing the password of the user that logged in last ? MS-logic I think...

At work I have a domain with over 2000 accounts. I don't think anyone would prefer the user choser under those conditions. Also, policy here dictates that the last user is not displayed when someone hits Ctrl-Alt-Del. Personally, I prefer the domain login to the cheesy user picker.

It would be nice to be able to have the user pic (on start menu) when on a domain.

Orion : Hmmm, okay, didn't think of all domain users. You are right of course ! I have my own accounts stored locally (Admin) so I didn't think of 'normal' users... Apart from me all other users at work still run 2000.
