strange startbar

i use orion (cobalt) for windowblinds. but when i use it i get a strange startbar:

The checkboxes are also quite strange.
Anyone knows why??

it´s beacuse pauls/mormegils skin is only for windowblinds 4 even dough i think he should make the users not using the version 4 a chance to use it.
I mean everything works fine for me eccapt that darn starbar.So mormegil pleeeeasseeee optimate the theme into an 3.5 using also!

i didn't know it wasn't backwards compatible. i still use 3.4 enhanced
