Rollup behaviour suggestion

I do realize that there are perhaps as many ways of using desktop (and therefore fences) as users. I don't know if you keep wish list for possible future features and or modifications, but here I go:

Right now the fences which are rolled up will automatically roll down as soon as I hover over them with a mouse. Due to the way I am using the fences, this is not necessarily a good thing. I think that better solution would be if the fence would roll down after a little delay (adjustable, if possible). That way number of 'false' roll downs would be greatly minimized. The way it is now, it can get a little bit annoying.

If this here is not proper place to express such requests, can you point me where I should put them forward?
