Who/What./Where/Why: The big-ugly toolbar buttons n WB4... (Poll)

Who wanted stardock to make explorer and IE toolbars BIGGER? Why? Please explain…I really would like to know what your train of thought was with this request.

I find it very difficult to believe that the majority of users want to lose screen real estate for no useful purpose. There's a pretty good thread in stardock.windowblinds on this subject. I have yet to see any comments from anyone who wants this "feature". So far, all the comments I’ve seen desire, at the very least, the "feature" configurable. I don't care as long as I can turn it off.

Configurable is always good, that way people have the ability to make a decision. As long as something is fixed in place there will be complaints either way.

Bump...speak up everyone. Let's hear your opinion.

There isn't a single person on the newsgroup that wanted this change and they're all calling for it to be configurable at the very least if not completely reversed. With as good as Stardock and Neil are at listening to their user base, hopefully they will add/change this in a future release...

Personally I haven't witnessed that issue. Of course I use MyIE2 and not Internet Explorer itself. I would certainly think that is something that should be configurable though. There doesn't appear to be a useful reason for having the toolbars bigger.
