Desktop Icons keep moving.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a solution. I use the pages option in fences, and everytime I open a game all my icons get pushed up from where they should be. When this happens it happens across every single desktop page. It's really starting to get annoying.

I've disabled, allow themes to change desktop icons, in the personalize menu.

Windows 7 64-bit

and these are my settings in fences.

Select the "Store my Fences positions on a per-screen-resolution basis"

You game is changing the resolution of the screen and Your icons are being re-arranged to fit; on return to native res they remain where they were.
