Suggestion: Change to Roll Up Title Bars

The current behaviour of title bars is that on double clicking them near the center or on any area of text, you modify their title.

The current behaviour of title bars is also that on double clicking them, you roll them up or down.

These two behaviour conflict a bit, and mean that rolling up fences is somewhat fiddly, especially ones with longer names. But even untitled fences still have a 'naming' area at their centre. Now when I go to double click them to roll them up, I automatically aim for the centre of the title bar so I always have to correct myself. This problem isn't nearly as bad if you have very large and wide fences, but for narrower fences, it's kind of a pain.

Since opening that fence's menu already gives a re-name option, it'd be nice to have the option to disable the behaviour of clicking on the centre of the title bar to rename a fence. That way I wouldn't have to avoid the center or any area of text on the title bar when I go to roll one up.
