Items of a fence cannot be doubleclicked

After a while (- most of the times after my screen got locked because of idle time), the icons / list items in a fence are not double clickable anymore (to open them). 

 

Problem: First click does mark them correctly, for the 2nd click i see a white flashing in the fence. This seams to be some kind of positioning problem inside the fence.

Temp fix for now: Once i switch the items size (i do it with ctrl+mousewheel) one up and one back down, it works like charm.

Is the Fences rolled up/down?

Are there icons under the fence?

- No, i have roll up currently disabled.

- I am using 3.0.1. Do you suggest me to update to the beta?

 

May i add: The my temp fix seams only to work for a couple of minutes. Currently i am using 3 folder portals on my desktop, but no fence. It seams to happen quite often to me, if i dive into folders of one of the portals.
