Basically just expressed my frustration with the continued crashes in multi-player games.  The ticket included more save game examples as well as more detailed information on when it was crashing each time so hopefully they can eventually fix the issue.

For those that were wondering where the crashing was happening.

1st crash was just after I got a backbone (colony ship) from an anomaly and moved that colony ship it caused the game to crash for the other player.  I didn't think of it but, possible cause one player renamed the base model backboneMK6 to a different design causing a desync of some sort??  maybe.  Would have to check with the other player to see if he changed any of the core ship names.  However, game seemed to continue okay after save after he crashed out and reload for a few turns.

2nd crash was just after he clicked turn several turns after resuming couldn't narrow down cause for that.

Typically once we get into a game (continue a few times) so after about 5-10 hours on game time we start to see crashes several times in a 3 hour session.

Thanks for that, its good to know..... i have not tried multiplayer yet, but in the future, who knows?

I remember years ago, when galciv2 was new, i would often see threads for people wanting multiplayer. Then a whole bunch of people would jump in and argue why it cannot/very difficult to be done.

Ok so most other strategy games have multiplayer, so its not a unique achievement, but it is an achievement none the less :)
