navigation can't work

I have update my fence from 2.0 to 3.01，and when i try to use the 'navigate the folder structure from within the fence' in a folder porter,it can't navigate but open a window, though i check the 'allow navigation'.

I don't know why,and can someone help me?

My OS is win10.
