Invalid product key?

I have had the entire object desktop package for about 6 months now but i have never been able to install CursorFX. It installs fine but comes up with the error "your product key is invalid.Its not, its the exact same product key as the rest of my stardock programs. I have tried everything i can think of. I run windows 10 anniversary, i have submitted 4 tickets with no help, ive had them email me the product key countless times, i have installed and unistalled a dozen times, i have emptied my temp folder and any related files in appdata and programdata, i have even deleted all registry keys. Im totally stuck and nobody in support is helping me, i am open to any ideas
