Transparency issues - Start10 v1.5 - Windows build 1607

Hello, 

I am having a problem with Start10 v1.50 menu transparency.     I am running Start10 v1.50 on Windows Aniv. Edition (build 1607).       When the Start10 menu type is set to Modern, and menu transparency is enabled and set to anything less than 90%, I am seeing graphical / transparency artifacts.      Is this a known issue with Start10 v1.50?   

I have previously ran Start10 v1.11 on my old PC, which ran Windows 10 build 1511.    I just built a new PC, and installed Windows 10 1511 and upgraded to Windows 10 Aniv. Edition 1607 yesterday.    As part of the upgrade to Windows 10 Aniv. Edition, I installed the latest version of Start10 and now I am having this issue. 

My graphics card is an R9 390 8GB, if that matters.      

Has anyone else experienced any similar issue?
