Start10 empty after update?

Hey guys so I reinstalled Start10 1.5 a few hours ago and for some reason it's empty?

All Programs and Search work fine, and if I pin something to Start10 it will stay there, but otherwise the list is completely empty. The software is useless to me if the list does not self-populate. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Could you have disabled the setting in Start10 to show recently used apps?

Also have you disabled the OS option to log information on recently used apps?
