No "X" (Close or Delete button) on a fence, It's out of my screen boundaries!

The close button is disappeared from my screen! it's out of the boundaries...

Do you have a snapshot of when it was withing bounds?

Hold the left mouse button on the top of the fence and drag it over a little. 

also the close button won't show until mouse over it with your pointer.

No, it was just created that the outage occured! I was putting some files to the other fence that I noticed that only the folder name is visible in the out-of-boundary fence...

I see, but the headline of fence is "out of boundary"... I cant access to this part... please see the image again. the folder isn't visible.

Whenever I have something which as expanded/moved outside of my desktop boundaries I usually try a screen resolution change...ie to a larger resolution.

unfortunately, It's the maximum resolution... I've tried the other resolutions yesterday. but, it didn't work...

Maybe using an older snapshot to restore my fences and create the new ones is (of courese) the easiest solution which (of course) I choose  :D !

posting the quetion was just a sense of curiosity.
