start button disappearing

Just reinstalled windows on my computer. Reinstalled start 10. I downloaded a button (first one, looks like default windows start button) and keeps disappearing. I can still bring up start menu with the keyboard start key. Rebooting brings the button back. But after a few minutes, it disappears again. How do I fix this?
