Bigger icons in Windows Explorer treeview/detail view

Is there anyway to increase the icon size in windows explorer (on XP) in the left hand tree control or in the list view when you are on details?

I don't believe there is anyway to do that in the left pane or in details.

hmm...i were just wondering if you can switch positision of the "start" button in the activiti bar in windows.Is that possible?

hehehe, can't do the resolution, 1600x1200 all the way. I am a developer and I need all the text room I can get, would love to go higher, but I am on a laptop and that is the max. Just wanted larger icons cause the winter 3d icons look much better at the 32px size...
