Crashed System
Failure to get any help response
I purchased the Object Desktop and it made my system unstable and i had to restore the PC back to a restore point and then in safe mode uninstall the software. I reported this in a support email and have not received any responses (i responded to the email generated by the bot several times only to learn this resets me back into the line.... frustrating)
the short of all this is that the product has not performed as stated and i want a complete refund of the purchase.... please advise on how to proceed from here as i have had no response from stardock to date.
