Icon packager not working correctly

Icon packager not changing certain filetype icons

With IP 10 and Windows 10, the program does not want to change all the filetype icons that i want - for ex.

jpg, gif, png - associated with XnView now,

mp3, m3u.. - associated with AIMP

I tried to Rebuild Icon cache, reboot, run as Administrator.. etc. Nothing helps.

I'll look into it.
This may be something MS has done with Windows 10 for media files as it works as expected in Win7 and 8

For me, it seems that files that are associated with some programs do the problem,

i had it set up for .sql files, but after associating it to Notepad++ it does not want to change them anymore :(

But this is just a wild guess.
