Fence problems

I renectly bought Fences along with whole object desktop and i have problem with it, By the way, i use win 10

Anytime I use anything from fences this stardock fences 3 window appears. Is there any way to get rid of it?

Also many functionalities of fences dont work for me, for example roll-up fences or quick hide
