System Tray Icon disappears with Windows 10 Anniversary Update

Had a heck of a time getting the Windows 10 Anniversary Update installed.  Was hit with the "blank/black" screen issue because I had not updated WindowBlinds to the most recent version.  After updating, the Windows 10 Anniversary Update installed just fine, but now the WindowBlinds Icon does not show in the System Tray:

I have the appropriate setting checked in the Settings of WindowBlinds

WindowBlinds (and Start10) both work just fine, but I have to start WindowBlinds from the Start Menu.

Is this as designed, or is this a"bug"?

Thanks,

Tony

It has been happening to a lot of people with Windows 10 after WB10 came out. I haven't had a tray icon for it since day one. I just opened it from the start menu and pinned it to the taskbar so I can run it easily from there.
